Product/Service description:

TableGrabber digitizes restaurants and allows them to market their tables and food across multiple online channels in real-time using revenue management strategies.

How it works:

Restaurants have perishable inventory, if they don’t sell a table it’s a lost opportunity for them. Yet, unlike airlines and hotels, restaurants don’t use revenue management strategies to optimize their utilization and maximize their revenue potential.

Why did you apply for the Next Step Challenge program?:

Next Step Challenge gives us an opportunity to expand in the European markets.

How did your company start, how did you get the idea?

Pawan has a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from the School of Hotel Management, Cornell University with a specialization in revenue management. Additionally, he has worked for over 15 years in the corporate offices of leading hotel chains like Hilton, InterContinental, and Taj. After his many years in the business, he saw new opportunities.
